At our school, we take privacy of our visitors seriously and we wish to stress that we do not gather, save, collect nor use any personal information of visitors to our Website unless you give it to us by signing up for our newsletter, buying in our shop, etc.


Statistic Programs and Cookie Policy

We employ Google Analytics statistic analytics which uses cookies to identify what country you visit from, what methods and how you come to visit our site, including whether you came direct to our site or from another website and the URL of that website. We also try to identify if you have visited us from a search engine such as Google or Bing and for what search string you used, or whether it was from a bookmark. We also follow and note the pages you visit on our website. We do not usually collect nor store the Internet protocol address (IP) from which you visit. However, for security reasons, we may at time turn on our log analyser, to ascertain, where an attempted security breach is taking place and that will log IP’s.
The information generated by our first party cookies about your use of our website is stored by us on a server. The data is kept for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted. No data is shared or given to third parties. These cookies DO NOT identify you, nor do they store personal information, but just the action of your use of our website. Where from do we have your data and who is the administrator of your data

The administrator of your data is Tomasz Arciszewski Polish Saturday School (50 Nightingale Lane, SW12 8TE London, Balham). The data we process were given to us by you and only include your name and email address if you sign up for our newsletter or if you contact us by contact form. We also process your data to properly service your order when you buy in our store. Payments in our store are supported by PayPal. We also use Google Maps on our website and we display content from YouTube. We use Google reCaptcha as a spam protection.


How do we process your data and what they are used for

We process your personal data for purposes related to sending you our articles, news and offers. We do not share your data with anyone. Your data will be stored until your resignation, that is, until you unsubscribe from our newsletter. Unfortunately we can’t delete our data when you’ll buy something in our store – we have to keep it because of legal requirement. You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectify it, delete it (when possible), limit processing, to raise objections and to withdraw your consent at any time. We can profile your data as a part of our business to be able to present you matched content, but the profiling process itself will not be automated. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority when you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
